Lambspun: Knot Your
Average Store
This project is a business highlight of the fiber store and studio Lambspun of Colorado, in Fort Collins, Colorado. It focuses on the community impact the store has by providing a space for fiber artists to come together and help one another out, as well as the high quality of its handmade products and services.
I also dedicated a two-page spread to Davis Family Livestock, a local sheep farm that is one of many wool sources for Lambspun.

Read on to see the full eight page spread, front and back cover, and a breakdown on the process and various visual elements that went into the project.
The Breakdown

To complete this project, I visited Lambspun of Colorado twice to speak with the store owner Shirley Ellsworth, as well as any customers and employees that were open to speaking with me. Because of how popular the store is for fiber artists, I got the chance to speak with many regulars.

I also visited Davis Family Livestock and had the chance to speak with Anne Davis while I photographed the various animals on her farm.

For photos, I used a SonyA73 digital camera and did my editing on Adobe Lightroom Classic. More photos of both Lambspun and the Davis Family Farm can be found on my photography page.

I created and made variations of the sheep graphic on Adobe Illustrator.

The page layouts were fully put together on Adobe InDesign.
